(of course they won't !!) What kind of guarantee will you have? Maybe this is why there are so many business on line? But we have to know where to go... Word of mouth is key though, especially if you are selling on the internet. Sounds like an interesting business idea but it could snowball quickly leaving you overworked and your quality will suffer.
