What are good business ideas for a 17 year old?

(I live in a small city (about 200 000 people) so any idea is probably good because not many people here do things like this)

I had a friend in college who would hunt down really good deals at stores and than resale what he bought on EBAY. It’s a risky business but he loved it, was really good at it, and made a lot of money for a little amount of work.
