Also, I would prefer if I didn’t have to hire someone for a start. My friend might join me in the business. She has a degree in Genetics. I have good relations with a few well-to-do ladies from all over the world through a social club. Also, my cousin has a lot of relations and he said he’d help me if I needed him. My other cousin, who has been a restaurant manager for 10 years, said she’d help me with her management expertise to set up my business. I would appreciate if you could give me any ideas. What do I need besides a business license? I’ve already got a lot of my business plan done.

I am looking into setting up a home based Business as a part time thing. I have a day job and I would like to do this music endeavor on the side. I want this to be legitimate but I know I will be making very little money and writing off a lot in tax deductions. Does anyone have experience in with this type of scenario? Is there a reasonable expectation that IRS has around how much revenue needs to come in for how much you are writing off? I don’t want the Business to appear fraudulent although I have more to gain from a tax deduction basis.

I was just wondering because I use to travel around many different cities selling insurance. I would actually target small business owners. A lot of them like to brag about how they got their own business without going to school. Does anyone know what percentage of business owners never got a degree?
