I have an appointment with a venture capital firm in 3 weeks they are interested in some of my ideas, I havent shared the methods by which they work, but I have gave the the outcome of what it does and they are very interested for the uniqueness and the market value which is billions.

What can I do to protect my ideas besides NDA, i dont have business plans or nothing like that just well established ideas.

Is applying for a small business loan very black and white, or does it all depend on if they trust that your business, specifically, will be successful enough to pay back the loan?
