I have the ability to acquire property for relatively cheap prices and am contemplating starting a small business at these sites. It would be optimal to run such businesses with few if any employees. Among my current ideas are car washes, and storage facilities.

Can you please relay any other ideas that I could operate without the need for employees?

I have to create a business plan for one of my classes in college. We have to run our own business and it can be almost anything. The exceptions are sit down restaurants, dorm cleaning and transportation. Many people have done easy things like balloon delivery on birthdays or a bagel shop. What are some other ideas?
