I recommend

They allow you to choose from their design catalog, or upload you own graphics/logos. They have a great choice of business cards sizes, as well as other office supplies (letterhead, correspondence cards etc.)

I would recommend going to your local printer. They usually have cheaper prices. If your looking for someone to create a business card for you call Lew Ray company. His prices are great also. I used him too.
